'I've been a customer here for years, which is why this review is difficult to write. Unfortunately, my recent experiences have been disappointing. On my pickup truck, I received an oil change and later found oil splattered throughout the engine compartment. It appeared that oil had been spilled during service and was not properly cleaned up. I also brought in a commercial box truck and spent nearly $3,000 on repairs after being told the work would address the issues. Within a few days, the truck broke down again. Ultimately, I was referred to another repair facility because the problem could not be diagnosed or resolved. What frustrates me most is not just the money spent, but the fact that I paid for repairs, lost valuable business time, and still had to take the truck elsewhere to get answers. The labor rates themselves did not seem unreasonable. However, after reviewing my invoices and comparing prices, I felt that several of the parts were priced significantly higher than expected. I always use Black’s Tires for my tire needs. The staff is so helpful and I get great service at a fair price. There is no better place to go for tire needs for my car than here. They help me find the most economical solution without sacrificing tire performance. The dealership always charges more so I only use Black’s on Capital Blvd for tire services.

Seth and Emma, the 2 employees who took care of me were very prompt, comprehensive and got me in and out quickly with 2 new tires. Their customer service was out standing and I recommend black tires to all my friends. Great job!

My daughter bought 4 brand new tires from Blacks 2 months ago. Friday, at 5:24pm her tire pressure light came on. She drove into a Goodyear tire and they added air but couldn’t fix it until 7:00pm. I called Blacks and the manager said they close at 5:30 but would ask a tech to stay since she arrived. She pulled in right at 5:30 and there the tire tech found the bolt. They repaired her tire without any charge and they were on their way! Blacks has been our tire place for about five years now because of their awesome customer service!
